New beach

Late morning again in the lovely new bed (as it shall be forever known!) and then pottered around the flat. Had a free dance class on this morning that I signed up for ages ago. It was an opportunity for me to try ballroom, latin and salsa. It was good fun and quite busy, but of course there were not nearly enough men to go around. The teacher was called Sergi (Russian plus Australian mix, strange). He was totally Patrick Swayzeing it! I have decided to sign up for Ballroom – watch me foxtrot across the floor!!
Then decided to hit the beach and actually make the most of a sunny day in Sydney. Went to Edward and Balmoral beach which are both gorgeous. Sat under a tree for shade and had a wee picnic (one of my favourite things to do) and then read, read, read and caught the sun. Really nice day.
Then headed home to watch the biggest loser, Zain and I’s favourite show. Love it!! Amazingly overweight Australian people (over 60% of the popuation here are overweight, hard to believe I know!) While we eat ice cream - biggest loser!?

They keep that quiet don't they? Why is it our bad health record is advertised across the world but other nations are allowed to keep it to themselves?
